California's, Atascadero State Hospital, for the Criminally Insane
Roy Hubert said, don't you remember? You were beaten inside several California State Buildings. Deposited in the town of Atascadero, California. A Psychiatric Technician found you in town, siting and holding your head. She asked what was wrong and you said, "I was kidnapped and drugged. I need to get the drugs out of me." She told you she knew a doctor who could help you. She took you inside the Atascadero State Hospital. That night a doctor and staff took you to the basement where they committed a murderous act of violence. You watched as they gave an unknown person electroshock. It is against the law to use this type of medical treatment. It requires a court order. You watched, It was terrifying. Then they grabbed you. You resisted and they injected you with a drug and you were defenseless.
Yes, I remember. He gave me electroshock. I heard the man say, we don't need any more of his kind. He thought of me as a drug addict and intended to eliminate me from society. Then another said, loudly, his blood pressure. They placed me in a stainless-steel
tub and covered me with ice. The doctor then said, it will be days or longer before anyone finds him. He will be just another. I was Left for dead.
Sometime the next day, another kidnapper found me. I was in the tub, of now ice water, not feeling anything, my mind blank. He then led away, down the long hallways, staggering, past machinery and out of the California Atascadero State Hospital. Destination terror
