For sale is a 2019 Specialized Chisel Expert mountain bike. The original owner bought this in 2019 (I have a copy of the original receipt) and I bought it from him in 2020. The frame size is medium. It’s a 1x12, with an 11-50 rear cassette and a 32T chainring. It has 29” x 2.3” tires. The bike has several nice upgrades, including a 203mm front disc for improved stopping on downhills, a PNW Components dropper seat post with hidden, internal cabling, and Niner RDO carbon fiber handlebars with 25 mm of drop and a 17-degree sweep for a more comfortable wrist angle. The total investment is over $2,100. Bicyclebluebook.com lists the current retail value for a 2019 Chisel Expert at $680 to $701. I’ve ridden the bike a total of 15 times since I bought it in 2020. In my six years of ownership I never rode it on single track, technical trails. Mostly wide, dirt, fire roads. So it’s had very gentle use for the last 6 years. Given the upgrades of the larger front disc, dropper post and carbon handlebars, and its great condition, price is $750 firm. At that price, you won’t find a nicer 2019 Specialized Chisel Expert.
