Raleigh Tourist, original owner, condition OK. Ridable with new tires, restorable. The brake pads are original rubber and probably very hard which would compromise braking. Braking with this type of brake has always been an exercise in strategic planning. 😀 Very comfy classic bicycle. All parts are there, never removed. A new Brooks would be advisable.
