If you are looking at this then you know vintage bikes. Very rare 1984 Fat Chance with a box crown fork upgrade from the factory. The bull moose bars were red when I got the bike but had a lot of the paint chipped off so I stripped the paint to show the chrome. Original paint is on the fork and frame. I did have Gil in England make some repop stickers and are installed, originals were mostly gone or in bad shape. Shimano 600 headset is original to the bike as well. Shimano Deer Head shifters, derailleurs, and brakes along with Shimano MX-15 pedals, Suntour hubs laced to Saturne X22 rims that were taken from a 1985 Rockhopper with 100 miles on the bike. Turbo saddle repop of the 80's and new, Laprade seat post and Hite Rite dropper attached. Crankset is a SR AeroX. The frame is 17" center of BB to center of top tube. The bike has new cables/housing and new BB bearings with a Ti spindle, I do have the original that will go with the bike to use with different cranksets. I had inquired at a vintage bike forum about pricing and was told 2500-3500 for the bike as it is so I think my asking price is fair.
