SOMA sizing is not straightforward but fits somewhere between a small and medium. Top tube effective is 53.4cm and seat tube is 50cm.
I am 5’8” for reference and fits me fine.
I just put brand new Continental 700x32 Ride Tour tires and put less than 50 miles on them. I will also include 700x28 Specialized road tires that are still in great shape. A few scratches on the paint but nothing serious. Frame and bike are in great shape and ready to ride.
