Sturdy Construction. Fits realtor signs of 24+30inch wide and up to 48 inch tall. Post arm has a rider bracket for top rider placement. Room for multiple riders hanging below the sign. Installation requires no digging, easy to use and reusable steel installation stake included. Stake is 30 inches in length, bottom 18 inches into ground, top twelve inches go into bottom of post. Stake designed so that post will not spin. Easy to install a brochure box on any of the four sides of upright arm using screws that come with any flyer box (box not included). Have one other post, shown in pics, it is slightly different but fits same size standard realtor signs and riders. Both are $70 each
