I’ve sold big jobs up there from me being in San Diego. I had a partner there but he’s moving on, Rent is $7500 a month which we will share and I will also be selling jobs there which we will be splitting all profit, This is a great opportunity for anyone in the construction field. It’s in San Jose on Roger’s Ave, you must be driven and a hard worker. It takes a hustler and good peoples person.
