Structurally everything is in great condition, but the table top needs some sanding, polish.
What’s Included:
Table: Article "Latta" 78.5" Outdoor Dining Table (Slate Gray legs/frame). Solid wood top slats. Retails new for $749. Has weathered gray from UV exposure/sun, but just needs a good cleaning, a solid sanding down, and a fresh coat of teak oil or outdoor varnish.
Chairs (6 Total): Matching Article outdoor dining chairs in complementary orange tones. 4 are the "Dot" stackable style (Tanga Orange) and 2 are the "Svelti" style (Begonia Orange). All are solid and fully functional, but have some surface weathering/stains from being outside.
Umbrella: Treasure Garden 9-Foot Single Vent Crank Lift Round Market Umbrella (Khaki fabric / Bronze frame). This is a heavy-duty, high-end commercial-grade umbrella ($329 retail) that works perfectly.
