Clean Bonanza for sale, low-time engine with a lot of extras. Previous owner landed gear-up, flaps down. I purchased, ferry-flighted, removed and essentially overhauled engine without zero-timing (only a select few can do that), reskinned belly with .040” 2024T3 from .032” and installed new flaps. I flew it for about 25 hours when I suffered a stroke in a motor vehicle accident and cannot get medically cleared as PIC. I purchased many items in the hopes of getting my medical but gave up after several years of trying. Hangered at Reid-Hillview Airport.
