This fountain is located in Cairo. This particular image originally appeared in the folio of lithographs Illustrations of Cairo by Robert Hay, Esq., of Linplum; drawn on stone by J.C. Bourne, under the superintendence of Owen B. Carter, architect. The work was printed by Moyes and Barclay in London in 1840 and published by Tilt & Bogue. Robert Hay (1799-1863) was one of the pioneers of Egyptology. The copper panel is 34" wide, 22.25" high and 14 lb in weight. Asking $600 (OBO).
