ITEM LOCATED IN SAN JOSE/SANTA CLARA. It is 52" high and weigh about 19 lb. The wind vane is 16" in diameter and the base is 20" in diameter. The stand has a barley twist design. The design seems to be by (or influenced by) Oscar Bruno Bach (1884-1957), a renowned German-born American craftsman, designer and metalworker from the early 20th Century era. Oscar Bach pieces showcase a mix of multiple styles, including Gothic, Spanish Renaissance, Mission, Baroque Revival, Arts and Crafts, Neoclassical, Art Deco and Hollywood Regency.
