When I bought this I was told it was English Oak. Someone once reached out to me regarding my post, and told me that is correct. So this is the best of my knowledge of the wood.
36" square when leaves are inside. Additional 12" each side when each leaf is pulled out.

Table functions well. Finish is good but can use some attention. The legs are a barley twist turned design. All four legs are joined with an X shaped stretcher. Stretchers are not damaged by shoes. This stretcher and the strength of the oak wood makes the table structurally very study.

Price now reduced to $450.00. This is due to the finish needing some love and attention. Otherwise the table is sturdy and great condition for its age.
