This is a very unique Asian/Chinese rice bucket/Berry bucket. It is a four sided bucket constructed of wood and metal. You could use this for many different purposes as a magazine rack as a wood rack for your fireplace or is a flower basket. It is 16 inches across The sides are 10 inches tall with the handle 11 1/2 inches.
