"CLEMENTINE" LIMITED EDITION HANDNUMBERED AND SIGNED Cathi Whiting was born in Ashdown Forest, Sussex, UK in 1957. While attending the Winchester School of Art she concentrated on illustrative printmaking focusing primarily on serigraphy and lithography, along with etching and relief printing.

She moved to London in 1981 to work with the Peter Morson Studio on silkscreen print editions for artists and publishers. After a brief stay she moved on to Rosenstiels of Chelsea where she started to produce her own prints and various design work.

During periods spent in the cote d'azur, France, she started to concentrate on painting influenced by the light and colors of the Mediterranean, a path well traveled by Matisse, Duffy and others.

For the last 25 years Cathi has been producing her original paintings and limited editions prints, which are sold around the world to an ever increasing collector base.
