It works great. However, the panel that inserts into the window is a little cracked and likely just needs to be taped together during use.
Also, the remote is missing.
This is a very good deal. The current retail price for a 10,000 BTU LG air conditioner is $650.
We have no more need for it because we are now living in a house that has central AC.
If I can find it, I may also have a can of radiator cleaner I can throw in which needs to be used about every year of regular usage.
