We can email the applications or you can visit the property and pickup the applications which are located outside of the leasing office so they are accessible any time of day. Once the application is completely filled out, please gather all the necessary documents that pertain to your household listed on the very first page, along with the $50 application fee per adult 18 and older, then give us a call to schedule the credit and background check. We operate on "First come, first serve" basis. If your households verified income meets the qualifications for the "Very low rate" rent, you will be offered that unit. If your household does not meet the income requirements but you qualify at the "Low Rate" rent, you will be offered a unit at that rate.
Completed applications that are emailed or faxed to Villa Torre will NOT be accepted.
In order to qualify for the affordable housing, households will have to income qualify in addition to qualifying under all applicable qualification criteria for the property.
*Maximum Combined Annual Household Income Levels Households Must Qualify Under:
3 persons: $105,420
4 person: $117,120
5 persons: $126,480
6 persons: $135,840
7 persons: $145,200
*Minimum Income: 1.5 x current monthly rent ( e.g. $2,938 x 1.5 = $4,407.00 current minimum monthly requirement)
