The tiny house will be fully available to move into on May 22. 2026 It is detached from the main house. It has a fully fenced yard and is very private. Must have a 40 hr. job out the house . All you need is your clothes , No clutter please.
The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom and entrance and includes a freshly built porch. There are many essential stores nearby such as Safeway, Costco, Target, H Mart; alongside restaurants like Five Guys, Subway, Dominoes, and many more. This listing is solely for one person, and no pets or drugs. No smoking inside will be tolerated.
Rent is $1500 monthly, Plus 150 for Utilities , include water and electrical and internet and garbage. There is an $1000 deposit, $150 is non-refundable for reasons of wear and tear ,and replacing things. thank you for understanding.
