Price per month:

- Washer /dryer on premise - shared.
- Include Bi-weekly cleaning service (a $160-240/mo value), no opting out.
- Share all utilities with other tenant(s) on property

- Stores: within walking distance of Target, Lucky, and plazas with variety of restaurants and grocery stores.
