This armchair has been used for past few years by our dog. It is in great condition, it is wonderful dog chair. If you wanted to get it cleaned it could be used by humans. Our dog has gotten older so having her jump up, on, into the chair is a problem. Hopefully we can find a home for the chair so it does not go to landfill. Measurements are 52 inches wide, by 40 inches long, 28 inches high from floor to top of arm rest, 19 inches high from floor to top of seat cushion.
