PRIM3 AI is an emerging startup at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technology. Our focus is building next-generation intelligent systems that leverage modern AI architectures and decentralized infrastructure.
We are currently in the early stages of growth and are assembling a small, highly capable team of engineers who want to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Developer / Lead AI Architect with real experience designing and building agentic AI systems.
This role is for someone who enjoys owning architecture decisions, building systems from scratch, and leading the technical direction of AI development.
You will work directly with the founding team to design and implement the core AI infrastructure powering our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build AI agent architectures
Develop multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
Implement LLM-powered reasoning and decision pipelines
Build and integrate AI tools, memory systems, and execution agents
Work with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
Develop AI services and APIs for production systems
Lead architecture decisions for scalable AI infrastructure
Collaborate with backend engineers and DevOps
Required Experience
Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks
Experience building agentic systems or autonomous AI agents
Experience with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks
Familiarity with tools such as:
LangChain / LangGraph
Vector databases
RAG pipelines
AI tool calling / agent workflows
Experience designing scalable AI system architecture
Strong problem solving and independent development skills
Bonus Experience
Experience in blockchain or Web3 ecosystems
Experience building AI automation systems
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment
Experience leading or architecting AI systems in production
