Dates are flexible - Feb 4 to Feb 9 or add extra nights (at a discount) at the front or back end to create a fabulous Superbowl Get-a-Way! We are centrally located to take advantage of all the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer, to include:

Our property is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, approx. driving distance from San Carlos to popular destinations:
San Francisco – 30-45 minutes depending on destination and traffic
Levi Stadium – 30 minutes (will need to account for traffic on Superbowl Sunday/Probowl)
Wine Country – 1 ½ to 2 hrs depending on Napa or Sonoma destination – easy day trip
Santa Cruz – one hour and/or on to Capitola, Carmel or Monterey – add 30-45 minutes – easy day trip (Carmel and Carmel Valley are beautiful and the Monterey Bay Aquarium is fabulous)
Half Moon Bay – (SF Peninsula coast) 20-30 minutes
Cal Train - 15 walk or ample parking to train to SF, San Jose and more
"Downtown" San Carlos - 15 minute walk to wonderful restaurants, shops and coffee houses

$450/day, 5-night minimum, then $300/day for nights 6, 7 or more if looking to combine Superbowl with exploring the entire San Francisco Bay Area. $150 cleaning fee, and $500 fully-refundable deposit. Deposit and two-night payment due upon signing of rental agreement, balance due upon arrival.

This is a 450-sf studio cottage on our property (w/private entrance-NOT attached to our home) normally rented at a 90-day minimum to travel nurses. I am looking for trustworthy and respectful guests who will treat the place with care during their Superbowl vacation. This is for two people ONLY and ideal for a couple as there is just one queen sized bed. This includes all utilities and wifi. The unit is fully furnished, the kitchenette includes an undercounter fridge, countertop convention oven, freezer and commercial grade double burner, plus a built-in microwave. All sheets, towel, toaster, Keurig, and other kitchen dish/glassware, etc. are included. Ample street parking for your rental car in a very safe, sought after SF Peninsula neighborhood, San Carlos.
