Golden Castle Adult Day Health Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and safety-focused Full-Time Shuttle Driver to provide transportation services for our Adult Day Health Care participants. The Shuttle Driver plays an important role in ensuring participants arrive safely, comfortably, and on time while supporting their independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities
Safely transport ADHC participants between their homes and the center
Assist participants with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain cleanliness of the shuttle
Follow assigned routes and schedules
Communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, and center staff
Report any transportation concerns or participant needs to appropriate staff
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with required passenger endorsement (and applicable requirements for vehicle operation)
Clean driving record
Prior experience driving seniors, individuals with disabilities, or passenger transportation preferred
Ability to safely assist elderly and mobility-limited passengers
Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
