Coachman Clipper Camping Trailer. This setup is perfect for a family with little kids. It has twin bunk beds and one big full size bed, table converts to another bed. Full solar (2500w), so you can camp anywhere, a 32" TV, lithium battery, propane tanks w/lock, electric jack, new tires including spare, tow hitch receiver (for bike rack or extra storage rack), trailer cover, sway bar leveler (new never used).
Factory equipped: Electric/propane fridge, AC, Heater, Microwave, 2 burner stove, bath w/shower, awning, lots of storage.

There are some dings on the passenger side and back. (see pics). The drivers side fender came off when I got a flat a few years back, it's $130 part. Otherwise, the trailer is mechanically sound, no leaks, it's clean, registered, and and the solar sets it apart from the others in the price range. It is ready to hook up and take the family out camping.

I have the original dealership manuals. Price Drop to $11,000 Cash or Venmo. Trailer is ~17ft, ~20ft with tong, fits nicely in most driveways.
