** You will be working with 2 full time preppers and must have experience leading and directing with production in mind.

š§ Responsibilities:
ā¢ Perform full refinish jobs on vehicles (collision repair)
ā¢ Must be able to match colors proficiently, especially 3stage colors
ā¢ Ensure quality finish, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
ā¢ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
ā¢ Work with waterborne and solvent-based paint systems- PPG Envirobase
ā Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive painter
ā¢ Strong understanding of paint systems (PPG)
ā¢ Own tools and reliable transportation
ā¢ Team player with a positive attitude
ā¢ Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
