We’re looking for dependable, hard-working Flooring Technicians to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out and eager to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in polished concrete, epoxy, or coatings preferred (but we will train the right candidates)
• Reliable transportation to job sites (mostly in San Mateo)
• Comfortable with power tools and physically demanding work
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
• Strong work ethic, good attitude, and team spirit
Job Duties May Include:
• Grinding, honing, and polishing concrete surfaces
• Mixing and applying epoxy/resinous coatings
• Surface prep, crack/joint repair, and moisture mitigation
• Operating hand tools and heavy equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
