We are hiring Commercial HVAC Installers at all levels — entry-level and experienced (Welding is a plus).
About the Role
• Install commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment
• Work may be performed in our Hayward shop or on active jobsites throughout the Bay Area
• Welding experience is a plus
• If you’re motivated to learn, we’re willing to train
What We’re Looking For
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely on active construction sites
• Willingness to learn mechanical installation & could include shop fabrication.
• Experience in commercial HVAC installation is welcome but not required.
