Dimensional Construction is a well established construction company in the Bay Area since 1989. We are looking to expand our business which puts us in need for Project Managers.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of a Project Manager. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry and construction, with hands-on experience in multiple trades. A commitment to quality workmanship and high standards is required.
Responsibilities:
Manage 1-2 projects at a time.
Able to hold meetings with clients and relay critical notes/information to the office.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects.
Candidates should have a robust background in the following areas:
Construction site experience.
Proficiency in woodworking techniques and practices.
Familiarity with the restoration industry is highly desirable.
