The drill has been used infrequently for small home projects and is in excellent condition. It has a bubble level on top, a magnetic parts tray, a bit clip, and a torque adjustment ring. The battery has had hardly any use, properly maintained in storage. It takes and provides a full charge.
I can meet at Peet's Coffee, Charleston & Middlefield in Palo Alto (nowhere else), 11 AM - 4 PM (no other time).
