We are seeking an experienced Alarm Systems Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with popular burglar and fire alarm systems such as DSC, Caddx, Interlogic, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, Honeywell and others. You should be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining alarm systems at various locations.
Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain alarm systems (DSC, Caddx, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, Interlogic, Honeywell, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair existing alarm systems
• Help manage and run services
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Document work performed and submit necessary paperwork
Requirements:
• Proven experience with both burglar and fire alarm systems (DSC, Caddx, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, Interlogic, Honeywell, etc.)
• Own tools and truck preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
Compensation:
• $20 - $45 per hour, depending on experience
