I am a male, typically working and out of the condo 60 hours per week. I am looking for a mature, drama free, clean tenant/roommate who has no need for overnight guests or entertaining guests at the house (same goes for me). I think it is important to find a tenant who desires a similar lifestyle. If you are seeking a clean, quiet home where you can go to and from work, make your food, sleep, relax, do your laundry, and live in a safe neighborhood-this may be for you! No smoking or drugs please.
The furnished upstairs room is 8'8" x 13'10" (including the closet). 112' square feet with a lot of built in shelving and cabinets.The room needs to hold all of your furniture and major belongings (except you will have more space in the bathroom/kitchen/laundry to put items belonging in those areas). You will have use of the entire condo to include bathroom, kitchen (all appliances/dishware/utensils/pots & pans), family room, patio, and in-unit washer and dryer. Your room door locks. If you look at the exterior picture this room is the 2nd floor corner above patio with windows on two sides.
The complex has a pool and a free gym (directly across the street from my front door/very convenient). Situated on the San Mateo lagoon next to a park with a basketball court, baseball diamonds, and a walking path that goes around the lagoon. Drop in a kayak or Paddle board and take off.
I rent month to month, although I would prefer (not a deal breaker) someone who intends to stay 6 months minimum. You have easy in and out convenience with a month to month agreement.
The $1595 is all inclusive (just one flat bill to pay). It includes monthly room rent, all utilities/extras (water, garbage, electric, gas, pool, gym, landscapers, internet, cable TV with: Apple TV, Netflix, Paramount, Hulu, Amazon, and HBO Max). You will have off-street parking privileges as well.
Move in: Pay first month (prorated if needed) $1595 and last month $1595 plus a $300 security deposit for damage/cleaning= Total move in is $3490.
