The CF is for Carving Freeride - basically all around, versatile across all foil sports. Great for wingfoiling, SUP, Surf.
The size (surface area), 2050 cm2 is on the big side of things. So it will be good for beginners, heavier riders, lighter winds, or anyone working on new maneuvers where lift with slower speed will help. I think a lot of beginners struggle since they start with a foil they expect to grow into eventually, but never get going. Much better, I think, is to go big early, as with this foil, and once you're sure you've outgrown it (wanting less drag, more speed, less stability), move into a smaller one, which would probably be smaller than the one they would have started with.
The aspect ratio is listed at 4.8 which hits the same design objectives that a relatively big foil does: stable, high lift, easy to get foiling, performs in light winds and at lower speeds, all at the cost of higher drag than a higher aspect foil. Higher drag means you'll be a little slower and may need power from your wing while turning (less "glide" as they say). 4.8 is just below what is considered mid-aspect, making this a low-aspect ratio foil.
V2 means it is the updated version.
Armstrong cover included, as seen in pics.
As marked on the foil, it works with the Armstrong A+ System, which means it will work with modern Armstong foil setups (fuselage, stabilizer, mast are needed to complete the foil assembly). Of course I recommend actually installing it when checking it out, to confirm no problems with fit.

I might also have some Armstrong hardware (screws, etc.) if needed.
I wingfoil at Coyote Point Park almost every day, in case that is convenient for you.
From Armstrong:
The original Carving Freeride front foil was the design that started it all for Armstrong. Like the first iteration, the CF V2 is all about fun, ease of use and versatility across all foil sports. Its low aspect outline is pitch stable and reactive in roll without being unstable. The foil section provides progressive, forgiving lift at low speed and comfortable higher speed control when overpowered. Whether it's wing, surf, wake, kite or anything else foiling, the CF V2 is a sure bet to have in the quiver.
The A+ System is our proprietary foil assembly design that joins the mast, fuselage, front foil and stabilizer together for a solid and smooth feeling on the water. Built to handle the progression of modern foiling, it delivers exceptional stiffness, durability, and compatibility across disciplines.
