It is kind of brand new, my new year resolutions of workout never really materialized… it is time to let it go to clear some space in my livingroom.
This is a great station for stretching, yoga, pilates, ballet, barre, and some strengthening exercises.
It is really well made, quite heavy and firm, however it folds so you can place it behind your desk or under a couch.
There are many youtube videos on exercises routines, and the manufacture also offers a subscription to their barre, ballet, pilates, yoga classes.
Originally paid $650, asking $280 OBO.
