Vintage horse crop / bat / whip from England's famed leather goods company Swaine Adeney Brigg. Handmade crop has woven leather over shaft and section of leather fringe above notched leather keeper. Embossed circular nameplate with "Swaine Adeney Brigg Sabson Centre London" at top in sterling silver. Long length and flexible, measures 30". Purchased in London in early 1970s and never used, so over 50 years old in brand new condition. Beautiful piece, great for collectors, equestrians, and whip enthusiasts to display or put to use.
