This stationary bike has a manual tension control knob/dial. The distance between the seat and the pedals can be adjusted with a hex wrench from the bottom. It has a basic console that takes two AA batteries and tracks five metrics:

- Time
- Distance
- Calories
- Speed
- RPM

It also has a basic bottle holder. The covers over the handlebars next to the seat are ripped and could use some repair or replacement.
