This is a used SilverStone tower PC case. This is a larger size tower with two case fans. It features the more modern bottom-mounted power supply design which lowers the center of gravity and isolates the power supply airflow (cool air enters from the bottom). The front left foot is a bit loose but it will still stand sturdy under weight. Keep in mind this is a large case (24" x 21" x 8.5"). Don't consider it unless you want a big case. In my opinion this might be a good case if you want to get your feet wet with case mods, custom liquid cooling loops, that sort of thing. I find the current trend toward trying to do everything within a mini ITX case akin to self-abuse. If you want to eventually do that, don't start there. Start with something like this--a big cheap case where if you screw it up you're not out much. We've never built a system in this case. It looks like it's all there, but it is being sold as-is. What you see if what you get.
