I just cut the cord with Comcast and made the switch to AT&T fiber optic. This modem is available, complete with box, manual, power supply and original receipt from 2021 (Best Buy - $199.99). The only thing that isn't working are the downstream/upstream indicator lights (I could have returned the modem for a replacement but didn't see the need to go through the hassle of re-configuring it with Comcast). Save yourself the monthly modem rental.
I'm asking $40.00 OBO. It is currently selling on Amazon for $128.00.
