š¼ Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent front-desk support
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist walk-ins
Process payments (cash, card, invoices) accurately
Prepare repair orders and update customers on repair status
Maintain a clean and professional front office
Provide friendly, helpful customer service at all times
š§° Requirements
Strong communication & people skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to stay organized and multitask
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Cash handling or customer service experience a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required
