Offer includes Demolition and disposal of existing material (Concrete and soil, excavate up to 10") stabilizing of existing soil, Geotextile fabric to prevent weed growth, install 6" of base rock and compact to a minimum of 96% for a firm but flexible foundation, install 1.5" of concrete sand, install Baselite smooth or slate premier, Positano or Torino color (or similar priced) paver, install a border paver over fresh concrete (bond beam) apply #30 mesh sand on joints.
