I am seeking an approx. 250 sq. ft. large room. Attached bathroon NOT required but preferred. (I am currently renting a room w/bathroom; however the hallway bathroon is shared by 3 other tenants (rooms) but has been out of commision due to water leaks with constant interference, privacy interruptions and noise).
Only interested in renting WEST of ECR. Prefer to rent in a very tranquil HOUSE with one other person. I am the best and most responsible "tenant" you'll ever have. Reference from prior rental is available. Can move immediately after vacate notice given. Pls be so kind and render location/street of current/upcoming rental.
