I am seeking to rent a master bdr or lgr room in Cupertino/Sunnyvale/Los Altos, west side (these locations ONLY). Min 240 sq ft. approx. Currently renting a room w. bathroom, in a private home since move in 7-1. (The hall bathroom is shared by her other two room renters, however she has had water leaks in that bathroom since I moved in and have had interruptions, interference and noise for several months and I unfortunately, prefer to find a new home since it has not been resolved).
