Quiet Older Gentleman Seeking Room+Bathroom/No Kitchen or Laundry (Menlo Park)

I am looking for a room or small cottage type room with a bathroom. I am a very quiet routine person, I would have no visitors over,and I do not need a Kitchen or laundry space, and no need for parking. I commute by bus and Caltrain/Bart to work, and I am older adult going back to school. I have really good references if needed, and I do take care of my mom at her home as a source of income as well. I do not smoke,or do any kind of drugs,not a party person. I am willing to help with any gardening or household work and pet sitting, if that would help keep the rent down monthly.It is my hope to move back to the bay area to expand my work and school prospects.So overall, I am a safe good family person who needs a chance to rent back in the bay area.
