I have been looking for just a room and private bathroom for sometime now. I am looking to move for a new job and finish my internship.
My budget is limited just for the first month because I need to get established at new job.
I am willing to help with pets, gardening, household work or anything needed daily that would keep the rent low as possible monthly.
I am a organized and super clean gentleman, I would have no visitors over and I am a quiet person. I don't smoke or do drugs. I have no criminal record.
I love books and reading, also love all pets. I just need that one time help for I can better myself to finish my internship and get a better job and move forward in my life.
I do take care of my senior mother so many days a week at her home, so I have to balance my time between both places.
