Professional with travel job seeking cat care arrangement

I travel out of state for work about 2–4 days per week 3 weeks out of the month and am looking for a roommate who is comfortable helping care for my elderly cat, Mr. Bean, while I’m away. Care is simple: feeding, scooping litter, and occasional attention when he wants it. He mostly sleeps and currently takes no medications. He’s a very talkative Bengal, so experience with cats is important. It’s strongly preferred that he be the only animal in the home. He also has stage 3 kidney disease and monitoring of his eating habits is the most important part of his care. He doesn't much play anymore, but loves to soak up the sun and watch birds on the TV.
Because I’m gone frequently, you would often have the residence to yourself. When home, I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful, and I’m looking for a home with a similar low-key, clean atmosphere.
Budget is around $1500/month, somewhat flexible depending on the situation.
