Hello,
I’m a 43-year-old male seeking a private bedroom and bathroom in or around Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Altos, or Santa Clara. I’ve been living in San Jose for the past 10 years and am now looking to move closer to work.
I’m a quiet, responsible, and respectful person who values a clean and peaceful living space. I don’t smoke or use drugs, and I always pay my bills on time. I have a full-time job with a consistent weekday routine—I typically leave for work around 7 AM and return late in the evening. After work, I enjoy going to the gym, golfing, or jogging.
On weekends, I keep myself busy with activities like golf, errands, and spending time with family. I’m friendly, easygoing, and always clean up after myself. I’ve lived both solo and with housemates over the years, and my only issues have been with roommates who smoked indoors.
If you have a room available, please share details about the location, rent, deposit, the number of rooms and bathrooms, and information about the current residents (age/gender, etc.). I’m looking to move around March of this year, or sooner if I find the right place.
