Late 50's male here looking to rent a bedroom with its own bath. I prefer someplace close to public transportation, close to grocery stores, dry cleaners, and that has a washer and dryer in the household.
I'm not looking to live with families, I would prefer just one other person, max 2.
I don't cook much mostly breakfast.
I would like to keep it at $1,200 a month or under. (neg)
