Hi, I'm a 46yo single mom with a 6yo in a wheelchair looking to share a home preferably with another single parent. I don't mind sharing with a single individual if they are okay with having a kid around.
I'm looking for a single level home with a washer and dryer in the home and I don't mind sharing a bathroom. It would be nice to have our own. I would prefer these two cities so we're in these school districts. Also, being clean and tidy is very important. This is the area I feel could make sharing space uncomfortable. No pets please. I'm looking to move late July 2026 or early August 2026. I would like to stay at $2500 or less a month. I prefer to have some storage outside the house if possible. I work from home in a corporate Finance role and try to work outside of the house a couple days a week.
If someone has an ADU or private entry space that could work, I would love to chat.
