I grew up on the East Coast before moving to Sunnyvale in the late 1960s.
I graduated from Saint Francis High School and studied Chemistry at San José State University.
I’ve returned to the residential window industry after retirement and bring 30+ years of experience. My annual income exceeds $175,000, and I have excellent rental history.
I’m a quiet, active professional—three-time Ironman finisher, skier, and motorsports driver/enthusiast.
In my downtime, I drive a vintage car and attend occasional concerts and music festivals.
I value a clean, respectful living environment. I prefer to live alone but am open to sharing with the right fit.

-Storage for bikes, golf clubs, and ski equipment
