Meadows used to be. There is a restored wetlands
in there. They really did an amazing job with
what used to be horse racing track.
before I forget, room rate is based on one person living in room.
In a great location walking distance to the Cheesecake Factory, the Counter, Paul Martins or Whole Foods Starbucks or Blue Bottle coffee, but on a cul-de-sac you don't have congestion and
traffic sounds. Actually more like the gentle sounds of Trees and birds
there is a creek that runs in the backyard. Once you are on the train you get to anywhere
in San Francisco or even Stanford. Like Genentech is around the block from the SSF Caltrain for example.
We have a dog we were fostering and adopted she stays outside
and in her crate or home occasionally and very rarely
running around the house on her way for a walk and she is not good with other
animals so no pets. You can walk her or play with her she is super smart
and easy going.

over the freeway.

there is an express train that gets you to the Caltrain stop by Genentech in 11 minutes
You do not need a car you are walking distance or quick bike ride to everything, but
if you do drive the parking is easy you get a free permit from the city. Not too busy
typically you have a spot right in front of the house.
