Looking for a quiet clean professional with a primary residence elsewhere (minimal belongings, light to no cooking) who needs to stay during the week only to shorten the commute. Sun night/Mon morning to Fri morning/late afternoon, occasional stay on weekend permissible if discussed in advance.

This is a quiet uncrowded town home in a safe Foster City residential neighborhood within 5 walking minutes of the beautiful Bay Trail. Most other commuter rooms are in houses shared by multiple other tenants. Free Wifi, access to swimming pool, Utilities included.

Connected via Samtrans to Caltrain. Close to Visa, Oracle, Gilead, Phillips etc. Conveniently situated halfway between San Jose and San Francisco. Bus service FCX to San Francisco.

Rent $1150 per month. Month-to-month initially, then mid term lease.
