THE HOUSE:
Near corner of Bellevue and Highland in San Mateo. Amazing location walking distance to downtown Burlingame and downtown San Mateo. Large living room, on-site new washer/dryer, large kitchen with dishwasher and gas range/oven. Four bathrooms, dining room, and easy street parking.
THE ROOM:
This room has lots of light and 3 windows. New carpet. It is a 10x11 corner room on the first floor. Shared bathroom downstairs and shared shower upstairs.
THE RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES AND MONTHLY HOUSEKEEPING!!:
$1,400 includes all utilities, as well as monthly housekeeping! Power/gas/water and internet. Off-site landlord pays for weekly lawn care and trash. EV charging is not permitted. Pets not allowed.
MOVE-IN DATE AND DEPOSIT: Available starting in September. $1,400 deposit required.
HOUSEMATES:
You'll be joining five other folks, male and female. We have a wide age range and varied group, from a tech worker to a retired nurse. Don't let the number of people fool you: this house is huge, we all mostly do our own thing, and we will not be stepping on each others' toes!
YOU:
Gainfully employed, and like the rest of us quiet, non-party type, with no pets. Because this is a shared hosing situation, the bedroom is not intended for more than one person.
